Before co-founding BrandStory Architech, Pauline was Chief Revenue Officer at Essence Ventures, transforming it into a Black-owned media powerhouse with nine-figure revenue. She revived Beautycon with Walmart as a presenting sponsor, and secured strategic streaming partnerships with Hulu/Disney and OWN, expanding Essence Festival of Culture and Black Women in Hollywood's reach. Over her career, she’s driven $1B+ in revenue, holding leadership roles at Disney, Conde Nast, NY Times, and BEN Labs. Pauline holds a BBA in Marketing from Baruch College and an Executive Management Certificate from Harvard. She lives in Los Angeles with her husband and daughters.

Jean utilizes machine learning and analytics to enhance business outcomes. At BSA, she leverages her background to drive PR innovation, compelling storytelling, and forge strong brand connections for sustainable and scalable impact.
